The Glen Grant launch 30-Year-Old single malt scotch whisky

The Glen Grant Single Malt Scotch Whisky has announced the release of The Glen Grant 30-Year-Old, the final and most aged expression in The Glasshouse Collection.

This launch completes the distinguished prestige range, which celebrates the exceptional ageing of The Glen Grant’s single malts, featuring the oldest aged whiskies in the distillery’s permanent portfolio, they said.

The Glen Grant 30-Year-Old is a rare and evocative whisky including intricate layers of oak, hints of nectarine, honey, and dried fruit. Bottled at 48% ABV, natural in colour, and non-chill filtered. This exceptional expression mirrors the depth and tranquillity of twilight, as moonlight washes over the iconic glasshouse.

The Glasshouse Collection is inspired by James ‘The Major’ Grant, the pioneering forefather of The Glen Grant, whose passion for innovation extended beyond whisky to his grand Victorian-inspired glasshouse, built in 1886. Just as his glasshouse nurtured rare and delicate plants, The Glen Grant’s warehouses have matured these exceptional spirits over decades, resulting in an exquisite collection of aged single malts.

Each whisky in the collection represents a distinct moment in the passage of daylight, using light as a metaphor for the evolution of character within the cask. The Glen Grant 21-Year-Old embodies the First Light of dawn, the 25-Year-Old captures the warmth of Golden Hour, and now, the 30-Year-Old brings Twilight—the cool, serene embrace of moonlight.

Each carefully aged prestige whisky in The Glasshouse Collection is matured in American oak bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks within the hallowed walls of the distillery’s oldest traditional stone dunnage warehouse.

The Glen Grant’s signature taller-necked copper stills and water-cooling purifiers, which ensure that only the finest vapours are collected, create the distinct and delicate essence of zesty green apples for which The Glen Grant is known.

Already launched globally and available in the UK from 28th April 2025, The Glen Grant 30-Year-Old will be available for purchase at select retailers including Hedonism Wines and Berry Bros. & Rudd with an RRP of £2,250.
