KAY Sake collab with Sapporo

KAY Sake and Sapporo Premium Beer have joined forces with London’s finest speakeasy bar, Archive & Myth, to create the ‘Japanese Happy Meal’.

Featuring a unique trio of curated drinks including a Japanese Slipper cocktail, Sapporo Premium Beer and KAY Sake sipper, the new serve is a refreshed take on the concept of the ‘Happy Meal’ aka the bartender’s breakfast, which includes a Daiquiri, beer and a shot.

The ‘Japanese Happy Meal’ offering will be launching on Tuesday 4th February and staying on the Archive & Myth menu indefinitely.

Within the offering, guests can enjoy three expertly crafted cocktails including a Japanese Slipper, created with Yuzu infused KAY Sake, Midori, Hakushu, lime juice, sugar and Yuzu Kosho, garnished with a Japanese pickle assortment. Alongside this is an ice-cold glass of Sapporo Premium Japanese Beer, followed by a KAY Sake sipper.

Priced at £17 per person, the ‘Japanese Happy Meal’ is perfect for those looking for their next aperitif occasion or a late-night tipple, shared with friends.

Boasting unique Japanese craftmanship and a modern twist on traditional Japanese beverages, KAY Sake and Sapporo premium beer showcase a natural synergy within the Japanese Happy Meal, whilst also highlighting their endlessly versatile serves that blend Eastern tradition and Western style, they said.
