Distiller moves into low-to-no for “all ages”

Nelson’s Distillery and School says that it has developed and captured the same taste of its best-selling, multi-awarded flavours, with its new ‘Naughitcal’ range featuring 0.0% ABV versions of its Timur and Rhubarb & Custard.

“Now, you can bring and drink our masterful botanical blends from across the globe wherever you go and in the company of all ages,” said Nelson on its webpage.

Distillers Journal has been following low-to-no spirits and beers for around five years. To our knowledge this has been the first time a producer has mentioned the product being for “all ages”. While legally in the UK “all ages” could partake of 0.0% ABV beverages – some ripe fruits and even hamburger buns can have more alcohol – it’s a move that all others have shied away from.

Both drink styles are available for £22.00 a bottle.
