St~Germain to toast National Spritz Day

St~Germain is celebrating National Spritz Day on August 1st and throughout the summer across a selection of London bars and restaurants, and they’re also sharing a special recipe too.

The iconic St~Germain cocktail, the Hugo Spritz, is a light, bright and refreshing cocktail with perfectly balanced notes of elderflower and bright and zesty aromas of lime and mint. 

The St~Germain Hugo Spritz is now available at the following venues: 

·                Le Pont de la Tour, Tower Bridge 

·                Boxpark ShoreditchCroydon and Wembley 

·                Old Street Records, Shoreditch 

·                East Cheap Records, Monument 

·                Venn Street Records, Clapham 

·                Northcote Records, Clapham 

·                Bottle & Rye, Brixton 

St-Germain Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:  

40ml oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur  

60ml Martini prosecco  

60ml Soda water  

8-10 mint leaves  

Lime wedge for garnish  

Mint sprig for garnish  

  

Recipe:  

Add ice into a wine glass.  

Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves.  

Top with sparkling wine and soda water.  

Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.  

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
