British Honey distils gin fit for a queen

The UK’s British Honey Company is celebrating the 70-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II with a special commemorative edition of its Classic Honey Infused Gin for the Platinum Jubilee. Made from its signature London Dry Gin and infused with 100 percent pure honey from apiaries in Windsor Great Park, the 42% ABV gin is flavoured with juniper, coriander, cardamon, lemon peel, orris root and a course honey.

With a limited run of 840 bottles, marking the same number of months as Her Majesty the Queen’s reign, KEEPR’s Windsor Great Park Honey Gin says it is a unique way to mark this historic occasion.

The British Honey Company is a UK based producer of spirits, honey, and jams. It began trading in November 2014 initially focused on honey production and, later, expanding into honey infused spirits. The Company currently produces 13 honey products and 16 spirits including gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey, many of which have won awards in the UK and abroad. These products are produced and stored in the Company’s facilities in Worminghall Buckinghamshire.
