At the Crossip of drink

Pity those who toil in producing a low-to-no alcohol spirit. Shunned by guilds, ignored by pub buyers and placed higgledy-piggledy by supermarket shelf stackers, there’s no wonder consumers are confused by what low-to-no is all about.

Part of the problem, however, has been that the makers of low-to-no seem to have forgotten in their quest to make a beverage, there is more going on in the mouth than just flavour.

In today’s podcast we are going to remove your confusion, give the bum’s rush to your bewilderment, and leave you with an ‘eureka’ moment as to what low-to-no spirits should be all about.

We will be joined by Carl Anthony Brown, television cocktail expert, former pub owner, and creator of the low-to-no spirit Crossip, which took five years to create.
