Unashamedly influenced by the world’s greatest winemakers, the team at Waterford bring – in their very own words – that same intellectual drive, methodology and rigour to barley – the very source of malt whisky’s complex flavour. 

In this podcast we speak to Neil Conway, the head brewer at Waterford Distillery about the integral importance of terroir to the whisky they produce and the challenges of launching a whisky at the start of a pandemic.
